On this Multifamily Monday, we talk about being specific with what you want, because if you don’t know exactly what you want or what you’re going for, then you’ll settle for anything.

If you don’t know what you want then how are others going to help you get there? In terms of multifamily, we need to be specific to the market, the sub-market, the type of property you’re looking at, the age and size of the properties, the class of the properties. People may think by being too specific, it will hurt you and you’ll end up missing opportunities.
