In College, Mike Bonadies hitchhiked across Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Morocco. He is now a landlord and property manager in South Jersey. “I moved specifically back to South Jersey to be a landlord and because I love South Jersey. I think it’s one of the most convenient places to live in the world.”

Mike owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, and he owns 21 rental units across South Jersey. He still technically has a 9 to 5 job but has mastered the “4 hour work week” approach with that job which frees up all his other time to focus on his business.
