Cory Reed is the cofounder and CEO of The Moirai Group. The Moirai Group is a New Jersey based full service real estate investment firm centered around wholesaling, with participation in residential development, multifamily acquisition and syndication.
Cory comes from a sales background turned real estate with over 10 years’ experience working in enterprise sales for several fortune 500 companies, most recently of which is Costar, the largest provider of commercial real estate data worldwide.
Apart from his background in sales he was also a former Special Forces operator in the US Army where he served for 3 years in various places across the United States.
Gabe Paolella is co-founder and managing member at the Moirai Group Ltd. Specifically, Gabe heads Moirai Properties, the residential affiliate of TMG. We specialize in wholesaling and development across Northern and Central NJ. This past year, we have wholesaled dozens of properties to our highly valued investor clients. Moirai Properties strives to be the number one source of deeply discounted off-market properties in North/Central Jersey.
Gabe has a degree in political science from The College of New Jersey. He has a prior background in sales and logistics. As hobbies, Gabe stays active by weightlifting, plays guitar, and is a self-proclaimed fantasy football expert.
