It's Foundation Inspection Friday! On Fridays, we dive into the FOUNDATIONS of our business. Today is all about getting back your life starting with taking your day back one day at a time. The word of the day is C-R-E-A-T-E. This was brought to us and has been highly impactful in our lives and we wanted to pass it along to help in yours...

Create The Day Before The Day Chooses For You

1. Five Steps to CREATE your day!
2. C - Clarity
3. Find your Clarity by starting a Journal. Even on the days that we are the busiest we take a moment to write down 3 things that we are Grateful for that day. Start there.
4. R - Reading
5. A great book to start with is “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod.

This was the first book that really broke it down for us.

1. Two other great teachers to follow: Tony Robbins and Tim Ferris.
2. You’ll find that this list here is similar to what these teachers promote. We have incorporated insights from these and other teachers and made the best version for us.

FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.

1. E - Exercise
2. We suggest at least 30 minutes every day of something that gets your body moving and your heart pumping!
3. A - Affirmations
4. Affirmations are “I am” Statements. You are reprogramming your brain to focus on the better version of YOU!
5. Check out Pili’s Facebook page for her Daily Affirmations.
6. T - Thought
7. Quiet time for you to “just be.” Prayer, Silence, Self-Meditation and Guided Meditation are great examples of ways to set your mind on the right path
8. One great app for Guided Meditation is: Headspace
9. E - Energy
10. Create positive energy in your mind and body by incorporating all the above into a POSITIVE VISUALIZATION!

Jeremy started investing in real estate and businesses in 2002 and left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. He is currently an investor in more than 70 opportunities across more than $1 billion worth of real estate and business assets. As Founder and President of Roll Investment Group, Jeremy manages a group of over 1,000 investors who seek passive/managed cash flowing investments in real estate and businesses.

Jeremy is also the co-Founder of For Investors By Investors (FIBI), a non-profit organization that was launched in 2007 with the goal of facilitating networking and learning among real estate investors in a strict no sales pitch environment. FIBI is now the largest group of public real estate investor meetings in California with over 27,000 members. Jeremy has an MBA from The Wharton School, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), and is an Advisor for Realty Mogul, the largest real estate crowdfunding website in the US. Jeremy welcomes e-mails (jroll@rollinvestments.com) to network with or help other investors and to discuss real estate or business investments of any size.

Josh Cantwell is Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Real Estate Coach and Freeland Ventures. A native of Northeast Ohio, Josh graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 1998 with a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications. Although a full-time student and college athlete, Josh was already driven to succeed in his career. After graduation, he obtained his Series 6, 63, 66 and life and health insurance licenses, and worked as a Financial Advisor from 1997-2004. In 2004, Josh took his knowledge of raising capital and the financial markets and started investing in real estate full time.

He was able to combine his knowledge of Financial Investing with the real estate to create a very successful business, which quickly grew. In turn, he began training and teaching apprentice partners and students. He founded Strategic Real Estate Coach in 2007, and since then has been involved in 700+ wholesale, rehab, rental, foreclosure, pre-foreclosure and short sale transactions, and taught thousands of investors how to replicate his success. He is the founder of a variety of successful businesses including Freeland Ventures, Strategic Real Estate Coach, and several others. Josh lives in Northeast, Ohio with his wife, Lisa Marie, and three children.
