Lisa Landry is a partner in 200+ units and is an accredited Investor. She is a CEO of Landry Designs and Landry Staging. She is an award-winning interior design firm with a team of twelve, a 12,000 square-foot studio in Texas, working on properties across the country. She has designed and decorated 30+ B/C-Class apartment communities in several states, winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places in an international design contest judged by magazine editors across the USA.
She has worked with local property managers to renovate/remodel leasing offices, fitness centers, baths and kitchens, exterior paint selection for apartment communities; unit interiors; model units.
She was voted “Best Interior Designer” by Living Magazine 7 years in a row and accumulated 35 International Design Awards judged by national magazine editors. Her design work has been published nationally 28 times. As a previous franchise owner, ber business was ranked #1 out of 250 franchises five years running prior to exiting. She comes from a family of real estate investors, remodelers and Realtors and is currently a resident of Ft. Worth, TX.
