When Jake Nicks was 20, he was homeless. He came from a family that didn’t make any money and had what he calls ‘a poverty mindset.’ Jake thought he could only be successful if he went to college. He was living on his own because he didn’t have the opportunity to go back home with his parents. It was a period of seven months living in his car, and his number one thought of escaping from this situation was, “I can become more than this.” And he knew that if he could change his thinking, he could change his life. That was how the new path all began.
Jake believes that the greatest skill each of us is born with is serving others. His philosophy in life is that when you serve well, you live well.
