737. How Armando Olivares went from Pizza Shop Manager to $600K with Wholetailing

Armando Olivares Espinoza was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the U.S. as a teenager and appears to have brought some of that Inka Gold with him. Everything he does results in high numbers.

While he was still in high school, Armando started working up the leadership ladder at a local Pizza place. He took an active interest in the business and after months of hard work, found himself to be the youngest store manager at the age of 18.

Soon after, he got into the banking industry at a local bank.  He worked his way up from bank teller, to loan officer and was nationally recognized in a ceremony at National Stadium for high sales.  His success there brought him the opportunity to be a bank branch manager with one of the top 4 “big banks” in the country.  In less than one year, he took a branch that was losing money every month, up to being among the top 5 branches nation-wide and was recognized frequently at the national level for being a high achiever.  As branch manager he was able to develop important relationships with business owners and investors and those critical relationships have proven invaluable in the real estate business.

The process of becoming a master at what you do requires an ample amount of self-development.  After reading many books about wealth building, he decided to make the leap and Homes4Dinero was born in November, 2019.  In just 6 months, Armando has closed 26 very lucrative deals.
