  5. A great book to start with is “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod.
This was the first book that really broke it down for us.
  1. Two other great teachers to follow: Tony Robbins and Tim Ferris.
  2. You’ll find that this list here is similar to what these teachers promote. We have incorporated insights from these and other teachers and made the best version for us.
FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.

  2. We suggest at least 30 minutes every day of something that gets your body moving and your heart pumping!
  3. A - Affirmations
  4. Affirmations are “I am” Statements. You are reprogramming your brain to focus on the better version of YOU!

  6. T - Thought
  7. Quiet time for you to “just be.” Prayer, Silence, Self-Meditation and Guided Meditation are great examples of ways to set your mind on the right path
  8. One great app for Guided Meditation is: Headspace

  10. Create positive energy in your mind and body by incorporating all the above into a POSITIVE VISUALIZATION!

Jeremy started investing in real estate and businesses in 2002 and left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. He is currently an investor in more than 70 opportunities across more than $1 billion worth of real estate and business assets. As Founder and President of Roll Investment Group, Jeremy manages a group of over 1,000 investors who seek passive/managed cash flowing investments in real estate and businesses.
